Hstlight, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any product or component part (as described above) that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from reasonable wear and tear, voltage outside of the Standard Voltage Range, acts of God, misuse, abuse, improper packaging of product returned to hstlight, neglect and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance or repair.
A warranty claim may be made by contacting the distributor or retailer from whom you purchased the product. If the distributor or retailer is not available, or you have questions about this warranty, please contact us by mail or online.
We are willing to supports customer with small orders or considerable quantity orders, and hope that our products could help customers to win the market and have successfully business.

Agree on price, terms & shipping. We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with specs, delivery & bank details. Customer pays per PI. Production starts upon payment confirmation; QC checked before shipping. Goods delivered after shipment approval. After-sale service provided if needed.
Payment Terms: T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Please send bank slip after payment. Western Union: Fastest option; funds received in minutes. These are preferred. For other methods, please contact us.
Delivery is typically 7-15 days after payment, varying by quantity and specified in the contract. Lead times may change due to material or production issues; we will notify you. Please email your requested shipping date before ordering. We will do our best to meet your requirements.
We prioritize your comfort and safety. Our strip lights are packaged in anti-static bags or boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
It’s always easier to make up your mind when you’ve got your hands on the product you’re considering. We want our clients to be able to see our products first hand before making a decision. Because of this, we provide free samples of our products! Clients only need to pay for shipping.
